I have sent a parcel contains important medicine and two pairs of saree in **th September around *pm, the order was supposed to deliver with in ** min, but the order is not yet delivered, the medicine was for a patient and required in immediate basis that is reason I sent through rapido around items worth approximately ****, the rapido caption took away, his number is switched off since * days, he deleted is WhatsApp account, I'm not get any help from rapido instead of contacting multiple times, they are replying saying that your order will be delivered in next * hours, from past * day's. And the medicine are now out of stock patient condition is getting bad day by day. Rapido is a scam they are not helping me.
