On ** June ****, pickup executive came to my residence to collect the parcel. He successfully obtained the OTP confirmation for the pickup but failed to provide me with a physical receipt for the pickup. Unfortunately, after the executive left my premises, I received a message stating that the pickup had failed, even though the parcel was taken by the executive. Till date parcel neither returned nor delivered.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
