Dear Sir
An urgent courier with Reference No Z******** was booked via DTDC from Manipal University Jaipur for NIT Jalandhar on ** September ****. But this courier was returned back on ** the September without being delivered at NIT Jalandhar mentioning that it is not in service area of DTDC (NIT Jalandhar lies just * Km away from Pathankot office of Jalandhar).
There are few things to mention : *. Why they booked the courier if not to deliver
*. Why Jalandhar office of DTDC retained the courier with them without being delivered for so many days if it is not in their service area ??
The DTDC office Pathankot Chowk Jalandhar refused to entertain and solve the problem.
The same problem has been happening with DTDC office of Jalandhar for the last ** years.
Therefore, it is desired to take strict action against dtdc office Jalandhar and put a huge amount of fine and concerned person should be expelled from DTDC.
Looking for satisfactory reply and strict action against DTDC Jalandhar.
