I had sent medicines through parcel from DTDC Surat to Damoh on **th August **** but it is not delivered yet and courier company don't know about my parcel.
I am following through phone from last ** days but no one is solving my problem.
I am troubling so much mentally and physically.
They are saying that we don't know about your parcel and we will not refund you amount.
My parcel tracking details are attached.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
