My RTO documents were dispatched from Delhi to my address in Barnala. The courier service in Barnala received the package * days ago and have not intimated me about the delivery even once.
The package contains RTO documents (NOC) which expired on *th April. I’m facing huge procedural problems because this document didn’t get delivered on time.
When I called the office in Barnala they said I have to go and collect it personally. I have paid for the door delivery service. I am facing huge losses because of this package not being delivered.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
