Blue dart has not delivered my parcel and they give the commitment * times to reschedule delivery but fail to delivered the parcel and finally the parcel got returned to bank (I have calls records for the same for reschedule commitment from blue dart) Me and my family was waiting for the parcel in that * days but haven't received it (all are working professional in my family). Also * days wasted in follows and not received any call or msg regarding parcel update. After that they said i will receive the call from blue dart support but again they failed. Very Pathetic service. (In whole scenario they are giving their judgement on the event happened and after that they apologized for the same) Very poor customer service and delays. And don't have particular TAT for grievance resolution.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
