Blue Dart - Package not Delivered from 7 Days

I Purchased Neckless as a gift for someone from IblameBeads Mumbai on ** June. They sended my Parcel as early as possible. Initially it shows me in tracking that parcel will be Recieved to me on ** June ****. But from * Days my parcel is at Nanpura blue Dart Warehuse. I raised a complaint many times. They assured me everytime that you will recieve parcel Today EOD. But still i didn't recieve my parcel. on ** June Parcel dispatched from the courier company. On ** June at night at *:** PM Courier boyy Mohammed called me and tell me it's already late so he will deliver my parcel tomorrow, so i said ok No problem.
and in *-** minutes I recieved Message from Courier company that customer was not available at location so parcel didn't delivered. and now from * days they did't take any actions against them. I raised compaint again and again in Blue Dart still i didn't Receive my parcel. Please take some action against them.
