Blue dart - package not delivered and very rude behaviour of delivery guy

Delivery boy of the name Sanjiv Chauhan number ********** cancelled my order after I did not pick his calls. when I called back he abused me and even threatened me to beat me. He cancelled my order on fake pretext that address was not right. I tried calling blue dart but none of their contact seem to be active. This kind of behavior from your delivery boy is unacceptable and has caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. I would like to request an apology from him, and I would appreciate it if you could take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.
