Dtdc karmanghat - Parcel not delivered and customer support is responding in rude manner

I booked a parcel with Consignment No. H******** from Vijayawada to Hyderabad on **/**/**** through DTDC. The parcel reached Karmanghat Hub on **/**/****, but even after * days (till **/**/****) it has not been delivered. Every day DTDC assures “resolution in ** hours,” but nothing has been done. I even requested to collect it from the hub, but they refused. The parcel contains perishable Prasad from Varanasi, now at risk of spoilage. This delay and negligence amounts to deficiency of service, and I seek immediate delivery or hub collection, explanation for delay, compensation for harassment and emotional loss
