Hi, my father has sent a courier of *.*kg from Nellore to Rangareddy district Telangana in **th March ****. The parcel received at Karmanghat branch on **st March **** at **:** Pm. It was not delivered yet as we have mentioned clearly that the courier need to be carried by my friend to abroad. Now my friend did not receive the courier and she catch her flight. The worst response from customer support side. They did not even mention the courier delivery boy number. Now I want my courier to be delivered abroad. I will not pay the charges to dtdc for the abroad delivery as they fail to deliver the courier to the destination.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
