Dtdc karmanghat - Fake delivery of the product I ordered

Subject: Complaint Regarding Undelivered Parcel DTDC - AWB Z********

Hi, Good Afternoon.

I order placed through AM Digital. I ordered a headphones which were dispatched via DTDC courier service, under the AWB number Z********.

To my surprise, upon checking the status of my order after two weeks, it showed that the parcel had been "Successfully Delivered." However, I did not receive any call, OTP, or notification from DTDC regarding the delivery. Additionally, the tracking status lacks critical details such as the name and mobile number of the delivery person, as well as the name and signature of the person who supposedly received the parcel.

I have contacted DTDC regarding this matter and have raised a complaint seeking these details. Unfortunately, they have been unresponsive and are sending me the same format email repeatedly without investigating the issue or providing any helpful information.

Given the circumstances, I am requesting your immediate assistance to resolve this issue. Please coordinate with DTDC to ascertain the whereabouts of my parcel and ensure that it is delivered to me promptly. If necessary, I am more than willing to share all the email communications I have had with DTDC as proof of my efforts to resolve this matter.
