I am Prop. of Joshi food products sent one parcel to one of my clients at Hyderabad. the courier is picked from my place at aurangabad on * th Nov. and today is ** th Nov till date there is no response from Tirupati . employee from tirupati not picking my call . and we have got frustrated due to client escalation. we have also spoiled our name as our business is food products and how delay may affect the quality of the food product. (AWB No is ***********).Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue otherwise people like this will spoil the businesses of many people .
