Tirupati courier services Pvt Ltd - Delivery of Damaged and Incomplete Medical Equipment

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the recent shipment of medical equipment that was delivered to our receiver under Tirupati Courier responsibility.

Unfortunately, the delivery was not only delayed by more than * days, but upon arrival, the parcel was found to be opened and incomplete, also the equipment inside was damaged. One of the items was also missing from the box(Stryker Camera Head). Despite our clear labeling and instructions indicating that the contents were fragile and the application of a "medical equipment" sticker, it is evident that the handling and repacking of the shipment were not conducted with the necessary care.

We were informed that the parcel was held by the sales tax officer, and we provided all the required documentation, including the e-way bill and invoice, which were accurate and complete. However, this does not excuse the fact that the equipment was damaged and mishandled during repacking.

This situation is highly unacceptable, especially considering the sensitive nature of the medical equipment involved. The damage to the equipment not only impacts our operations but also poses a significant risk to the end users who rely on these devices.

We kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this issue. Please arrange for the missing equipment to be delivered and provide a reimbursement for the damaged items and search my missing equipment. Additionally, we expect an explanation for the delay and mishandling of our shipment, along with assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future.
