Tirupati courier services Pvt Ltd - Not received the courier

Dear team,
I had sent a courier from Rewa, MP – ****** to Dahod, Gujarat – ****** through Speed Post. Tirupti courior on date **-**-**** However, I have still not received it. I paid ₹*** for it, and the total weight was around ***–*** grams. Despite this, they charged me ₹*** and assured me that the parcel would be delivered by Monday (**-**-****), considering Saturday and Sunday as non-working days.
But today is **-**-****, and it’s already * PM, yet I have not received my parcel. What was the point of charging ₹*** for urgent delivery when it hasn’t even reached me on time?
Where is my parcel?
when I contacted them, no one gave a proper response. This is the kind of service provided by Tirupti Courier.
