Swiggy - Parcel not delivered

I ordered food from a hotel in Bhatkal, Karnataka at **:** am. My order got delayed and it reached around **:** pm. In between i discussed with the help executives. I told to settle the issue and i'll take the order, so one of the executive offered **rs coupon from swiggy as token of apology.. Then i spoke to the customer care, first guy was polite he was ready to give coupon of **rs, then *nd guy called around **:** pm he was like take the food, i said what will i do with breakfast during the time of lunch, then he was like rakhlo gharme but lelo.. or else i'll cancel the order and you won't get refund he said.. i was so frustrated i replied ok do whatever you want and cut the call.. Now it is showing that my order is delivered and i didn't got my refund..
