Dunzo - Parcel never got delivered

I run a small business and deliver via Dunzo Business almost everyday. on the *nd of July, one of my parcels containing a cake worth ****/- was never delivered to one of my regular clients. I got to know about it only after she messaged me saying she was waiting for the parcel and that it never got delivered. she tried speaking to the delivery person and he said he did not work for Dunzo. on the *rd of july, In raised a complaint regarding the same. It's been **n days not and I haven't received a resolution and compensation. such an irresponsible attitude is not expected from Dunzo Busines. I am heavily disappointed because i have incurred not just a loss of ****/- but also my customer's trust. I demand a full refund from Dunzo at the earliest. it's been over ** days now and i am still waiting for a response. this is absolutely ridiculous. shame on Dunzo Business. SHAME.
