RAMA CHANDRA BARIK filed complaint against Ecom Express on Oct 23, 2018
I have a parcel from Amazon which has to be home delivered by Ecom Express, But their delivery boys are asking to come somewhere else to collect the parcel giving silly excuses. The customer care centre has no support at all after complaining twice about the matter. The behaviour of all staff including the delivery boys are very rude.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
