Indian army parcel department - Pakage not delivered

Hii, My name is Yashraj. I saw a realme xt phone on olx whose price was ****.I talked to that person and ask him for the phone.He sent me his aadhar card on watsapp and his google pay number:-**********.He ask me to send advance money **** rupees on his google pay that i have done but after that he sent me a receipt of this company's currior office.He told me that product will be delivered within next day at **:** a.m but my product was not delivered.Then i called him but he blocked my number.Please help me my money is still in his account and not refunded.
