Indian army parcel department - Package did not deliver

On **/**/** I was browsing through Olx for a *nd hand Air Conditioner and I came across this ad where it was a Samsung AC *.* ton. As I clicked on the ad and proceeded further to the chat and asked him the details and whereabouts and asked him to provide his contact details as to enquire about the product. To which he gave me his phone number and I connected to him later on. As we were talking he mentioned me that he is in the Indian army working in the Bhubaneshwar airport.He sent me his personal id and his army canteen card with the name of vikash patel which actually seemed genuine. As I asked him where can I come to see the product to which he said that we cannot visit ass civilians arents allowed near army quarters. And he said that he was transferred to some other state due to which he is selling the ac for mere ***** RS. When asked about visiting and seeing the ac in person he denied it as he said he had already packed the AC and would ship it to me through the Indian Army parcel service within an hour of paying a small amount at first of ****RS. As he claimed that there is a booking amount that we have to pay and he would send us a receipt of the same. We agreed for the same and paid an initial amount through upi of ****Rs at first and ****rs in the second time. He provided us two bank details which are

He even provided the id of the person who was going to bring us the parcel name Jora Singh. His pan card and canteen card was provided. We could smell something fishy but was too late. After an hour and half the parcel guy called us demanding us the remaining ****RS that we have to pay in order to receive our parcel which we denied at first and ever since we have been trying to call vikash he is not picking up the calls and not replying the messages.

We are college students and things like this in name of the army is pathetic. Please help in getting our money back. Would be great help
