Indian army parcel department - Aircon and furniture not delivered

We have seen an add of olx ,we contacted the seller ,we spoke to him on phone ,the deal was done for **,*** ,aircon and furniture's second hand, as the seller told us that he is an Army person and he has been transferred to some other place and he cant carry these all things now so he is selling and need the money urgently ,he has sended us his photo , His name is Vikas kumar R , after making the payment of **** rs via paytm from my friend's number they had sent us a postal stamp indicating that ur parcel has been shipped ,then later in the morning call comes from him stating he is near to our place but his vehicle has struck and told us to make **** online payment, then u will get the parcel ,so now we got doubt and asked him to deliver thw product and take money or return our money which we paid **** rs, I want this complaint to be registered not only i need my money but action to be taken against such fraud persons ,I want this complaint to be discussed in the media so that the people get awareness and stop getting fooled .Am from chitradurga, the parcel to be shipped from banglore according to the seller, I am filling this complaint on behalf of my brother who orderd this and got cheated, Ik ,Chitradurga.
