I made a payment of ₹*** to Kwabey via FamPay. The payment was deducted but the order failed. I received an email stating that the payment failed, but I have not received any refund even after * weeks.
I have tried contacting the company via email and Instagram multiple times, but there has been no response.
I request a full refund of my amount as soon as possible.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
