Google pay tez - Paid RsBy Google Pay to HPCL app balance deducted and 30 days passed still not get any resolution

I made the transaction of Rs ***.** on * Sep ****, from google pay to my hpcl application on my phone, balance got deducted but I didnt receive my money in my HPCL wallet app, I have raised the complaint regarding same issue they always told me to wait for reply from concern team, its already more than ** days passed. Please help to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
