Ola Auto - Paid ola driver in cash since ge insisted Now ola is showing payment pending

My ola driver asked me please fare pay to cash. So I decided I will not pay online. So I will give *** rs. To the driver into cash but after next day I was try booking amount ride then showing *** rs. Pending. Driver did not update regarding the payment.
