Once the ride is complete by KA**A L**** payment was made through UTR NO.************ As per the auto pop up message however the Driver K Mahadeva demanded payment again and was paid for the second time.
He is very rude and uncourtios.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
