Olx Seller - Paid money but didnot got the item

In month of April I was searching a cheap better phone on olx I got an add of iPhone x of RS ***** I requested him to give me in ***** he said ok for it and said he's from Assam and said to paid atleast courier charges to him he will send me the phone after getting the phone will pay the remaining but later I paid him **** the next day he said to pay me atleast half the amount of phone or esle he can't send the phone gave me many reason and told me anyhow to pay half the money I borrow ***** from one of my Friend and paid him the amount he said me after that I can't send u the phone. He will be sending the phone only if I pay all the amount to him at that point I understood that he's making me fraud and by mistake he gave me wrong back details or purposefully he gave me I did **** online bank transfer I have not made any police complent about it because I don't have complete information about it
