Hello Team,
I have taken an outstation ride from Mathura to Delhi today with CRN No.********** on *st Aug,****. I was travelling with my family including * year daughter. I have been charges Rs *** extra due to long route taken by driver. Moreover driver stopped * times at tolls due to his personal issues hence wasted a lot of time. Once my ride is completed, I contacted Ola customer care but he told me that there is some error in Ola technical system and they will refund me extra charges. Upon their assurance, I paid extra to driver but later when I contacted Ola they made different story. I have even clarified to them that driver had deliberately taken long route (with high toll charges) in spite of my request for shorter route (with lower toll charges). I am not stupid to take long route with high toll charges. I have contacted ola cutomer care several times but they are not ready to accept their drivers fault. Me and my family has faced mental tourcher due to their pathetic service. I am trying to lodge complaint in consumer court against Ola,
