I was ordering Saree for Rs***, and at the first attempt the transaction failed. And then i tried again and this time the payment was successful. Got order id on Google Pay and other payment details.
But the ordered tab was empty and the product was still in Cart. And when i complaint from their own App, they said they didn't receive the payment. But I let them know that i will file a complaint and they said wait till **th Dec ****.
I did wait till today but still no refund or order from Myntra. The amount has been debited from my account.
Please I need your help to resolve the issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
