The packing used by the restaurant from Swiggy is horrible, in spite of multiple escalations Swiggy is not doing anything to improve the hygiene. It's disgusting to get the food in the condition which is presented to me. Using plastic to send food which is hot is bad. I have escalated multiple times there is no improvement. Kindly raise a social media campaign to eliminate swiggy from online ordering platform.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
