I have ordered a product from Amazon on * November…It was to be delivered to me by ** November…But it’s not delivered and when for writing a query regarding the product I opened the Item return in order deliverey page in my product details and I clearly mentioned that the product is about to come today ** November as per the tracking details but still now there is unpleasant reply from the sell…
When I contacted on customer service whom I got the reply that the product canceled due to damaged by courier service
They are accepting their their fault but Company is denying to redeliver my order.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
