Amazon.com - Item not delivered by Amazon customer care not taking any action

I have ordered Philips otg ...and Philips Mixer blender on *th November .Amazon provides single otp for order with multiple items.

Philips otg was delivered on **th and i was told blender will come via small logistic since otg came via a truck .

The otp was provided by me and thereafter the status of both items started displaying delivered. I talked to Amazon customer care team and they raised investigation on **th .I followed on **rd and came to know they closed it without resolution and my consent. They raised again on **rd on my request and told to follow on **th. I called on **th but again same story
