Amazon closed/locked my account on hold because they thought that my account is related to another account that was closed by amazon. I swear that I don't have any other amazon account EXCEPT this account only. My account was hacked on your system and someone tried to use his master card ending ** on my account without my permission. Please understand that I'm a valuable customer since more than a year. I have left about $***.** on my gift card balance not used yet.
I need amazon to do: I need amazon to forgive me and give me another last chance to proof that I'm a valuable customer. And please amazon try to understand that I need your help to use my $***.** gift card balance to place new orders on your fantastic website. Please restore my access to my account.
