I have ordered few items using Swiggy at Faasos
(Bharat Complex, Sector **, Noida). Swiggy has charged **.** rupees as packaging charges. I have talked to customer care. They told me that this money will go to restaurant. Swiggy is not liable for this amount. I have not opted for this option. I don't know how they will deliver the order if person do not need cutlery.This amount has been charged forcefully. I could not cancel the order as they will deduct order cancellation charges. Swiggy disclaims the charges provided by restaurant.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
