I ordered a thali from Kake da hotel. The food was delivered all spilt and the packaging was also broken. I tried to talk to swiggy to resolve my issue but no help was provided from their side.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
