I have ordered * pair of shoes from this website called solo luxury in August ****. I paid advance around *,*** for each pair one pair was for **,*** one for **,*** and one for **,*** Rs. It’s been a year I haven’t received my order and they kept on promising to deliver and they didn’t. In May this year, they told me they will deliver one pair that is for **,*** Rs and return the advance for the other two but they haven’t done it yet. They just keep promising but it’s almost a year they have done nothing in between they sent me one of the footwear I ordered but that one was also the wrong one and I had to return it. So basically, it’s a waste of time money and energy to deal with this company called sololuxury.com and I would want the refund and that one pair of shoes that was promised to me and compensation for waiting so long.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
