on */** I dropped of my moving boxes at the fedex store. * boxes for my move from USA to Europe/Austria. I paid $****. Quiet a lot, but these are all things that are priceless. Lots of personal stuff from my baby girl and my dad who passed. I gave them all my correct contact info, filled out everything as requested. Patiently I am waiting, checking my email daily, checking the tracking daily, signing up for alerts...nothing. Finally I got hold of someone and they tell me to send a copy of my passport. I did it right away. Finally they send me * packages, and tell me the other * will follow. Now I contact them again and they tell me the other * boxes are back in Los Angeles. They tried to contact me, which is not true. I have my email since over ** years and nobody ever has trouble to call me. Now they want to charge me again to get my stuff. I already paid for the service , which I did not receive. Also everything is stuck in the USA now. My entire family moved with me, so there is nobody to claim it for me. Usually when you pay for a service, you expect that the company delivers. I don't want anything for free. I already paid a lot of money. I just want what I already paid for.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
