Nobroker - Packages missing

We booked the no-roker service booking ID: HSPM-********) from New Delhi to Srikakulam on April **st, ****. They were assigned to Mr. Bablu, who collected items from us on the same day. But he sent the items through the fourth agency (Delhivary Couriers). We weren't even aware of the tracking ID or whereabouts of the items. However, after repeated requests to customer care, we received our items on **rd April, ****. How ever, lot of items were damaged and missed, and it was informed to the customer services.
A total number of ** items were booked from our side but only ** items were deliverd on the delivery date. when we talked to the customer service, Ms. Preeti (who was continuously in touch with the whole time) assured us that they were tracking the items and will inform once they got track of the things.
The strange thing is our bike was booked on **th of April (through gati packers), and whole time the customer service people were lying about it and saying that the items were sending all together and will recieve at once. when we informed them regarding the missing items, and bike your customer agent told that items will be tracked and delivered once they got trace of it. Bike was delivered on *th May, but they are failed to track the remaining goods.
Then Ms Preethi asked to file the insurance and we did as she suggeted. Now the insurance company asking the missing certificate and when we are asking for the same, the customer service people telling that they are failed to contact Mr. bablu (who collected the items) as they need to consider his statement.
Few days ago, they gave the grievance cell mail, so wrote them the mail. They assured me that they will provide the missing certificate, but later I realized that they just keep postponing things without progress. Finally, they told me that they could not provide the certificate due to technical issues.
