I ordered a product through Meesho app on *st Feb ****. The promised delivery date was *th Feb ****. But its been ** days, I've not received my product. On **th Feb ****, I requested for refund but Meesho didn't issued any refund. Instead they made a case and said that they're looking into it. Except for the case number, I was provided nothing! No email, No SMS...Nothing! I made so many efforts to contact Meesho on Twitter but their useless team only copy pasted the same messages again and again. I want them penalized heavily so as to set a standard for other eCommerce websites.
