I had ordered for a new Lenovo Laptop for Rs. **,***/- in exchange of my old Sony Laptop. But Amazon failed to deliver the package for * continuous days and I had to keep my mom at home to receive the package whereas my mom is a working woman. So this loss of time and salary should be recovered.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
