I placed an order on Kwabey on ** May,****, and the order status has been stuck on “Processed” for more than a week. I have not received any tracking details or dispatch updates. I tried contacting customer support through phone and email, but the phone number is unavailable and I have not received any proper response.
I currently live in a hostel and will be leaving for my hometown within the next ** days. Due to the continuous delay and lack of communication, I may not be available to receive the order if it gets dispatched late. This has caused inconvenience and uncertainty regarding my purchase.
I request the company to either dispatch the order immediately with proper tracking details or provide a full refund as soon as possible.
