Kwabey - Package not delivered

I placed an order for a T-shirt from Kwabey after seeing their advertisement on Instagram. The order was placed approximately ** days ago, and the payment of ₹*** was made successfully. However, the product has neither been dispatched nor delivered till date.
I have made several attempts to contact the company regarding my order status, but I have received no response. Messages sent through WhatsApp have been ignored, and there is no customer care number available to speak with a representative. Furthermore, the website does not provide any option to cancel the order or request a refund.
The lack of communication, delay in delivery, and absence of customer support have caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and financial loss. I believe the company is failing to fulfill its commitments to customers and is not providing adequate support or transparency regarding orders.
I request that appropriate action be taken against the company and that I either receive my product immediately or be provided with a full refund of the amount paid
