Amita filed complaint against Myntra on Dec 22, 2018
I had ordered Taavi women Pink top Same was reflecting as delivered on ** th dec as per app.I had received other top which I had ordered along with this but the delivery of this item has not been received to me. The delivery guy has not delivered to me rather he ,I think had elop my item and now is reluctant to give it to me
The sad part is Myntra customer service. I called them on ** and ** Dec and raised the concern they were helpless and they asked me to contact the delivery guy who was behaving as if he was unknown with such king of delivery. That irked me and then I went off to my official tour for which I bought this item. I asked their PATHETIC customer executive at call centre to provide me complaint number but to my surprise they too were reluctant and didn't helped me.
Important part is that even after the conversation with delivery guy he behaved in such a manner that he never had delivered such item to our location.Customer care is totally pathetic n I am not able to find any other platform to raise the issue
