The package was booked and dispatched from Bangalore. However the package did not reach the consignee. Its claimed by the courier company that the package has been received, signed and delivered to the consignee. Whereas the consignee has confirmed that he has not received any package, nor signed or received any call from the delivery partner. Its funny to see that the online tracker says its been received by an unknown person, but the delivery receipt says otherwise.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
