I ordered a shoe on **th Dec from Amazon ORDER # ***-*******-*******, and the delivery date was given as * Jan as this was a Global order . When i saw the update on the App on *th it said delivered to my house. I call up the customer care and they say the order is stuck at Customs in Mumbai , and it might take another couple of days to deliver the product. Even after calling them multiple time - they give me the same update , the Courier company and Amazon are playing the blame game on each other. Now on **th , on the last call that i made , they are telling me that there is no guarantee that the shoe will be delivered and they will initiate a full refund . " How convenient, inst it , keep my money for a month get interest on it and give me back my principal, I believe the order was never placed.I think Amazon has this new strategy of earning money, which is absolutely PATHETIC.
Also whenever i call them they say we cant provide more information on the same and nothing can be done, only disconnect the call .This is more like a mental torture than service

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
