I ordered a mcveggie value meal from mcdonald with the add on cold coffee option my whole coffee was spilled delivery executive didn't listened to me and literally ran away with his bike. I registered a complaint with the swiggy at first they said they can only refund me with ** rupees but when i said i want atleast rupee ** equalemt to the price of the coffee they told me to hold and then after sometime they told they can't compensate me with any thing and they will just take my complaint and asked me to talk on the call there they said the same thing and said they won't compensate me with any thing.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
