This is the tracking ID. First it showed as delivered without delivering the items. On raising a complaint, I got a few calls from them and on confirming they updated the status of courier to lost. And then there is no communication since then
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
