I have ordered an online product. However product got stuck in shipment due to DHL.
DHL team have not informed sender or us regarding that they are not liable to custom clearance service. This was not informed while.picking up the courier from hongkong.
Now my package is stuck in custom clearance due to DHL not provided clearity while booking the order.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
