Varsha sethi filed complaint against Dhl courier service on Dec 10, 2025
Reference No. **********, dispatched on **th November, which was intended for Receiver Lokesh Sethi's son Sahil Sethi in Toronto. Despite the package being time-sensitive and clearly containing perishable food items, it was delivered on *th of December **** .
This delay has resulted in all the food being completely spoiled, rendering the entire shipment unusable. The purpose of sending these items was entirely defeated due to DHL’s failure to deliver the package within a reasonable timeframe or provide timely updates regarding its status.
Given the circumstances and the significant inconvenience and loss caused by DHL’s negligence, I request:
*. A full explanation for the delay and non-delivery; and
*. Compensation for the value of the spoiled contents as well as the shipment charges.
I expect this matter to be addressed urgently and resolved without further delay. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and inform me of the next steps.
