Dhl Courier Service - Illegal Charges Levied by DHL India for delivery of personal shipment

Dear DHL India This is in reference to my personal parcel bearing AWB no. **********, The parcel was booked from Vietnam to Noida and it contained personal items of two piece of shirt. DHL have charged around $** at the point of booking at Vietn am. However without informing me DHL India paid as below:CUSTOMS DUTY (REIMBURSEMENT OF COST) *,***.**IGST (REIMBURSEMENT OF COST) *,***.**
S W SURCHARGE(REIMBURSEMENT OF COST) ***.**
******-BONDED STORAGE ***.**
******-DISBURSEMENT FEE *,***.**
IGST@ **% ***.**In Total Rs ****.*/- was paid, Please note that Storage charges and disbursement fee of around Rs ****/- is already charged. IGST amount of Rs. **** (more than ***% of the Custom Duty) was also charged.  The calculation sheet is itself fishy and it is not clear on what basis above charges are being levied. Still I paid the total amount. However once I paid this charge I was again asked to pay amount of Rs ***/- as storage charge for DHL, despite the fact that I got an email from Mr Brijesh of DHL that everything is cleared and the delivery may be arranged on priority.This is the worst experience in delivery of parcel from DHL, it seems the executives and the staff working there are just extortionist and have zero coordination among themselves for dealing with the customers. The fraud been done by DHL in name of delivery needs to be seen in larger context of the cut throat competition in the logistics market.Now since I have exhausted all means from DHL greivance redressal, I will complain about the exortion being done by DHL from customers at valid forum and make sure everyone else knows about the fraud company. I am also from Govt of India working in a significant senior position, I will make sure that a thorough Audit of Books of DHL is done by an external auditor. The concerned ministry will also be requested to look into these type of issues and bring justice to the general customers.
