Shiprocket eCommerce and logistics solution - Package says its undelivered when it was delivered and COD amount not refunded by shipping company

*) we dispatched the order from our end
*) Upon several weeks of checking the order status said it wasn't delivered.
*) I applied for a RTO
*) The RTO took several days to return my order. And upon getting the return , it was a different item, images of which I have shared on the case log (tickets)
*) I spoke with the customer today and they said that they have recieved the item and they also have made the payment to the delivery guy.
*) Upon checking my seller portal , I'm still seeing the payment is pending
*) The customer has shared images of the product as they have received those. However I haven't received the payment for this particular order.
*) I have raised this case several times with the shipping service but I have not received any refund for the same.
