Huzaifa sadaf H.I filed complaint against Ecom Express on May 9, 2021
The order showed it will be delivered on **th May and for two three days it showed like out for delivery and not delivered and the reason they have shown is customer refused to accept. If the customer wants to refuse then why would they order. And now the product is returned to the supplier.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
